Description
Job DescriptionPlease Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.
Performs a variety of fabrication and processing operations in order to build and finish composite and plastic reinforced parts. Applies knowledge of working characteristics of bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. Performs composite layup and mechanical assembly operations to military specification by utilizing process sheets, drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Work with composites using work instruction to form fit. Using tooling to help complete operations. Be able to proficiently use a computer. You will use large equipment ovens.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School diploma
- Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Vocational or Technical school
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39219 - $62751
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
