Case Management RN

Day Shift/8:00 am - 1830 pm/40 hours per week/Days per week: variable to include weekends/NO call/Minimum 1 year acute care management experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Experience in a care management role: Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Case management certification: Preferred
