Shift Options:
• 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s available
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Example: 3x12s (7p–7a)

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience required prior to travel

Licensure:
• Active Ohio license or compact license in hand required

Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start

References:
• One recent reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for
• Charge RN references accepted
