Inpatient Pharmacist – Acute Care
Acute care inpatient pharmacy role requiring residency-trained Pharmacist with hospital experience. Candidate will support medication management in a high-acuity setting, ensuring safe and effective pharmacotherapy in collaboration with the clinical team.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 06/15/2026 (June start preferred)
- Schedule: Weekdays with variable weekend coverage required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Acute/Inpatient Pharmacy experience required)
- Training: Residency-trained RPh required
- EMR: Epic Epic Systems
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
- PharmD required
- BLS required
- BCPS (preferred)
- Board Certification (preferred)
- IV Certification required
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification preferred
