We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech (OR Tech) to join a dynamic Operating Room team in Billings, MT. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and successful surgical procedures by maintaining sterile environments and assisting surgeons during operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies for procedures
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control standards
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
- Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts per protocol
- Handle specimens, implants, and surgical materials appropriately
- Support room turnover, cleaning, and restocking between procedures
- Recognize and respond to emergency situations in the OR
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols including sharps and fire safety
- Assist with sterile processing and equipment care as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
✅ Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program OR
- Equivalent military training OR
- Minimum 2 years recent scrub tech experience
- BLS (AHA) certification – required
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility for variable shifts, including possible on-call

- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or ORT certification
- At least 1 year of OR scrubbing experience
- Experience in hospital-based surgical settings
