🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments with precision and care
- Perform patient simulations and assist in treatment planning
- Verify treatment plans, dosages (MUs), and beam energy before procedures
- Educate patients on treatment processes and potential side effects
- Monitor patients for reactions and report concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation
- Assist with immobilization devices and block fabrication (cerrobend)
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, safe, and fully stocked
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
✅ Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- ARRT certification (RT(T)) – required
- Active state license (if applicable)
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
